Round One – Paper Entry

Chef Competition Competitors are required to produce a menu for two covers, with a written recipe and method for the following, one picture of each course must also be supplied.

The Preliminary round will be paper judged by judges Luke Tipping, James Mackenzie and Tim Blake.

Judges will be looking for innovation and creativity in your chosen recipe and the presentation of your submitted written entry.

Your recipe, method, pictures and a copy of your up to date CV must reach the Stagiaire Office.

No later than 5.00pm on Friday 24th February 2017
