Round Two – The Stages

Chef Competition

The young chefs will participate in a 1 week stage. Over the course of the week, Head Chefs will assess the qualities of the participants and will report using a detailed generic assessment provided by the competition organisers; this will allow the judges to select the 2 finalists. This method of assessment is different to normal chef competitions, as we will asses the participants in 10 different locations and all the assessors are Michelin starred chefs in there own right.

Chef Competition

Competitors will be expected to produce their original entry to be judged by the Head Chef and also their working skills throughout the week will be assessed.
